But an interaction with a young fan following Golden State’s most recent win over the Los Angeles Lakers has melted hearts around basketball and elicited a surprising reaction from Curry himself.
After the Warriors defeated the Lakers 134-120 on Tuesday night, Curry stopped on his way back to the locker room to sign an autograph for a young admirer.
But what happened next will have endeared this youngster — and his father — to Curry for life.
