The team announced that Stephen Curry’s injured left leg is expected to be re-evaluated after All-Star Weekend in Salt Lake City — confirming what many assumed.
Curry suffered partial tears to his superior tibiofibular ligaments and interosseous membrane as well as a lower-leg bruise late in the third quarter of Saturday’s 119-113 win over Dallas at Chase Center.
Sources told The Chronicle that Curry would miss at least a “couple of weeks,” which lines up with Thursday’s announcement.
The 34-year-old was named an All-Star starter for the ninth time of his career in January. No other Warriors were selected to the All-Star Game, which is set for Feb. 19.
