Real estate bloggers and reviewers flock to Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion to criticize her family’s “scrap yard” lifestyle, turning the house into a symbol of chaos and decay!
TikTokers filmed themselves breaking into her former Mucky Mansion and posted it on the social media platform for all to see the mess it was left in after she left the property
TikTokers decided to break into Katie Price’s former home and filmed it on the social media platform.
The mum of five, 46, was officially ordered to leave the property, dubbed Mucky Mansion, in June after being declared bankrupt for the second time.
Katie had moved into the sprawling mansion ten years ago with her children but on the back of her dire financial situation, she was told to put the house on the market to pay off her debts.
And now, the former glamour model has been targeted by TikTokers, who broke in to show fans around the outside of her former home.
The TikTok account titled Side Quest Exploring, run around abandoned places and film their jaunts. The house looked derelict as it sat in among an overgrown lawn.
One viewer of the video said: “Horrible looking house.” Another person added: “What a state, such a mess.” On June 26, bailiffs arrived at the property to reclaim it after the order was granted. Since then the house had security cameras installed and security guards have also been on site. But somehow, the TikTokers managed to bypass the security measures.
A sign outside the property read: “WARNING. This is a secure area protected by CCTV Guarding & Protective Marking Technology. All activities are recorded to aid in the prosecution of any crime against this facility.” A source told The Sun: “Despite all the problems with the place, the asking price was a steal and priced to sell. Katie won’t be benefiting, however, as all the proceeds will go to pay off the mortgages she had leveraged on the place.”
Earlier this month, Katie was left humiliated after a High Court judge completely over-looked her complaints of being charged £50,000 for legal advice amid her bankruptcy woes. Katie was recently arrested at Heathrow Airport for failing to attend a court hearing and pleaded with the judge to attend her next court appearance remotely. Not only was she told to make an application to do so, but Judge Schaffer told her to simply instruct a solicitor which should cost her no more than £500, not £50,000.
After her sixth face lift, Katie attended court wearing a head bandage and sunglasses. She told the judge: “I find it difficult in court. I have been assessed by another high court.” After informing her of the proceedings in order to make an appearance remotely, the reality TV star added: “Now with the legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I’ve been charged £50,000 upfront. Now being in bankruptcy at the moment, the bankruptcy is taking 40 per cent. I’m finding it difficult to do that. I can’t get even legal aid because I earn.”
And it was at this point Judge Schaffer hit out and said: “This is a discreet application. It doesn’t take Einstein to do it.” Her court appearance came just hours after police arrested her following her trip to Turkey, which she claimed was for work.
