Ben Affleck had his ex-wife Jennifer Garner by his side mere hours before Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from the “Argo” actor.

On Tuesday morning, Affleck, 52, and Garner, 52, were photographed arriving in Los Angeles after spending the weekend in New Haven, Connecticut, for their 18-year-old daughter Violet’s college drop-off at Yale University.

Affleck didn’t wear his wedding ring as he stepped off the plane with Garner and their middle child, Seraphina, 15, according to the Daily Mail photos.

The trio drove off from the airport together in a black BMW.

Later that day, the “Justice League” actor was ringless again as he stepped out at his office in LA. He had on a gray shirt with a black lightning bold symbol and a pair of blue jeans.

Lopez, 55, filed paperwork to end her marriage to Affleck on Tuesday, which happened to be the two-year anniversary of their second wedding ceremony.

She listed their official separation date as April 26, 2024.

Sources told TMZ that the exes didn’t have a prenup in place, meaning all earnings, profits and assets the pair made during their two-year marriage are considered common property. 

After the divorce filing, People reported that Affleck had no interest in fixing his marriage to Lopez.

“She’s very disappointed and sad,” a source said about Lopez, who was reportedly “done waiting” for Affleck to fight for their union, thus why she finally filed for divorce after months of marital issues.

“She tried really hard to make things work and is heartbroken,” another insider said. “The kids are a top priority, as they always have been.”

Affleck has three children — Violet, Seraphina and Samuel, 12 — from his previous marriage to Garner. The “Daredevil” co-stars were married from 2005 to 2015.

Lopez shares twins Emme and Max, 16, with her ex-husband, singer Marc Anthony, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2011.

Throughout this summer, Affleck has spent time with Garner as the rumors about his and Lopez’s impending divorce persisted.

An insider told the Daily Mail in July that Garner — who has been dating businessman John Miller since 2018 — “was done playing marriage counselor” with Affleck and Lopez.

“It was beginning to become too painful for her because it was bringing back so many memories of their divorce,” said the source.

They also claimed that Garner “was surprised at how public” her ex-husband became when he reconciled with Lopez “because he was always a man who wanted to be out of the spotlight when they were married.”

Back in May, Garner was reportedly encouraging Affleck to “work on his marriage” with Lopez.

“She fully supports their relationship and wants nothing more than for him to be happy,” a source told Us Weekly.

Affleck and Lopez were initially together in the early 2000s.

They ended their first engagement in 2004, and went on to marry and have kids with Garner and Anthony, respectively, before rekindling their flame in 2021.

They tied the knot at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas in July 2022. They went on to hold a second, more extravagant wedding at Affleck’s home in Riceboro, Georgia, on Aug. 20, 2022.
