Kimberly Thompson, who played the drums for Beyoncé for seven years, filed a civil harassment restraining order against her former boss, according to court documents obtained by Pitchfork.

In the order, Thompson accuses Beyoncé of being a practitioner of “extreme witchcraft” and using “magic spells of sexual molestation” to torment her. She also alleges that Beyoncé killed her pet kitten for some unknown reason.

The restraining order request was denied by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Sept. 19, but a hearing is scheduled for Oct. 11 to review the case, the documents show. Neither Thompson nor Beyoncé have commented publicly on the matter.

Thompson’s allegations are not the first time that Beyoncé has been accused of stealing or copying from other artists.

The singer has faced criticism for allegedly taking writing credits, choreography, costumes, and concepts from various sources, ranging from African culture to Madonna.
