Jelly Roll Offers To Help Pay For Fan’s Tuition At Nashville Show
“We will help you get through school,” Jelly Roll told an 18-year-old fan at a recent show in Nashville.
On 17 June, Jelly Roll performed from the rooftop venue and promised 18-year-old Joy Gadalla, “We will help you get through school.”
Watching in the audience, Gadalla held up a sign on her phone that read, “Please pay my tuition,” which Jelly Roll saw from the stage.
Pointing at Gadalla, he said, “I’m going to give you the opportunity to change your life right here on this date.”
In an interview with WKRN, Gadalla remarked that she was “in shock” after Jelly Roll offered to help get her through college.
“I was crying, I was stressing, I took a moment to breath and pray, and I knew that everything was going to be okay,” Gadalla said. “I knew God was going to take care of everything.”
