The video in the post this week began with a clip of the grass prior to apparent treatment. Former semi-professional footballer Mark went on to show the results, telling his followers that they had used fertiliser to improve it. The post was in promotion of the gardening brand Pitchcare, which was also tagged in the caption.

Clips in the video included sweeping footage of the football pitch, which sported mowed stripes through the grass. The goal was visible in one of the clips, in which Mark gave a closer look at the stripes. The presenter was seen kicking a football into the other goal in another part of the video.

Mark wrote in the caption: “After last week’s post about my garden, you know I love turf so had to show you this too. I couldn’t believe the difference – it literally went from dry, sparse and brown to a thick green lawn in just a few weeks.” He added: “Amazing colour and response from using Turf Food Organic Fertilisers on our football pitch and lawn.”

The post has amassed more than more than 6,000 likes and fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts. A number of people seemed impressed by the couple having a football pitch at the back of their renovated home.
