She was seen sunning herself in Barbados earlier this week.
But Rihanna jetted back to The Big Apple to see in the New Year with a girls’ night out on the town on Thursday.
The 27-year-old singer donned one of her tiniest mini dresses to see the clock strike twelve with her BFF Melissa Forde at Sono nightclub.
The Diamonds hit maker showed off her toned legs in the blush pink garment which appeared to have a furry texture and she wrapped a coordinating fur belt around her waist.
Completing her look was a pair of glittering heels which she wore with sheer socks with fluffy white trim.
The Umbrella singer carried a chic silver shoulder bag and wore diamond bow earrings to complete the super girly look.
Her pal Melissa showed off her NYE outfit on Instagram, posing for a couple of snaps wearing a slinky white dress and mirrored her famous friend with a luxurious fur coat.
Elsewhere, Rihanna’s rumoured boyfriend Travis Scott was spotted partying with friends at 1Oak.
The duo hung out together just before Christmas at Hollywood club Project Los Angeles but were forced to evacuate the venue, along with other revelers, after gun shots were fired outside.
TMZ reported that a fight broke out between a few guys outside the club and someone pulled out a gun and fired it.
Meanwhile, Riri has yet to confirm a release date for her next album but shared a new teaser promo from ANTi on Friday which sees her naked in a bath tub.
The star hasn’t released an album since 2012’s Unapologetic but has released tracks FourFiveSeconds, American Oxygen and B**** Better Have My Money from the upcoming record.
Earlier this month, musician Sia – who wrote RiRi’s hit Diamonds – revealed that she’s contributed tracks to the new project, claiming it was still unfinished.
‘The other night she came over and listened to half of 25 songs I played her because she’s still looking for songs for her new album,’ she told BBC.
‘She was there to listen to songs and see if there was anything that she was into. It was a business meeting for sure. She took four but I don’t know if they’ll end up [on the album].’
