On Thursday, Steph Curry’s younger sister celebrated the Warriors’ NBA Finals victory over the Celtics after Golden State toppled Boston in Game 6 at TD Garden, 103-90.
Taking to Instagram shortly after, Sydel — who is married to Warriors guard Damion Lee — commemorated the moment with her siblings and their significant others.
Captioning the snap, “The end,” Sydel, 27, is seen posing beside Lee, 29, as Steph — this year’s Finals MVP — makes a silly face at the camera next to his wife, Ayesha Curry.
Nets point guard Seth Curry is also photographed holding the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy beside his wife, Callie Rivers.
Sydel, who shares a 6-month-old son, Daxon Wardell-Xavier Lee, with Lee, chronicled Golden State’s celebrations on the court earlier in the evening as she cheered
“Lets gooooooo,” to her Instagram followers. She also sported a Warriors championship hat at the afterparty, proudly proclaiming on social media that her “baby is a CHAMPION!!!!!!!”
Before the Warriors won what would be their fourth NBA title in the past eight years, Sydel exclaimed on social media Monday how she wanted “one more” win after Golden State’s Game 5 victory.
In addition to Sydel, Ayesha, 33, also enjoyed the Warriors’ victory lap Thursday, in which she and Steph, 34, trolled Boston fans with an “Ayesha Curry Can’t Cook” T-shirt.
“Bye Boston!” Ayesha quipped on her Instagram Story, days after a Massachusetts establishment jabbed her cooking skills.
The Currys will now return to the Bay Area to celebrate Golden State’s newest title with a parade slated for Monday.
