For most people, a watch is a luxury purchase. It’s a style piece, a fashion accessory and, in some cases, even a sign of status.

Its case is built with Oystersteel, an alloy custom-made for Rolex that lives in the same family as those used in the aerospace and chemical industries. Some watches are unique because they’re appreciating assets. If you purchase a very expensive watch (like many Rolexes), it’s possible (or even likely) for it to be worth more than you paid for it in several years’ time. The limited supply, constantly shifting design and extremely high level of craftsmanship associated with Rolexes lead to both high prices and a high return on investment.
What that means? Well, for one thing, it won’t be cheap if you want to start styling like Tiger. But hey, we’ve heard it pairs great with green.
