Pax’s biological mother will soon be released from a prison in Vietnam and reportedly wants to reunite with her son.
Estranged Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may lose custody of their adopted children Maddox, 15, and Pax, 13.
Jolie and Pitt, who are currently battling for custody of their six children, will reportedly have to send back Maddox and Pax to their biological parents, reports radaronline.com.
The biological mother of Pax, who was adopted by Jolie and Pitt from a Vietnam orphanage in 2007, will soon be released from a prison in Vietnam and wants to reunite with her son, radaronline.com reported, citing a source.
“I’m sure both Brad and Angie are freaking out over this. It’s been a fear from day one that the biological parents of their adopted kids would resurface,” the source said.
While Maddox’s Cambodian parents are believed to have passed away, radaronline.com claims that his adoption was “brokered by a crooked agent” named Lauryn Galindo.
Who was later jailed for visa fraud and money laundering involving more than 800 adoptions.
Children’s rights groups investigating Galindo believed Maddox’s destitute mother sold her son for $100.
“The situation with Pax, and the increased fear over Maddox, is terrifying to Brad and Angie,” the source said.
It has been reported that the biological father of Maddox, one of the adopted children of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, is seeking custody of his son. The biological father, who has been living in poverty in Cambodia, claims that he never intended to give up his son for adoption and was misled by individuals who exploited his situation. This shocking development has added another layer of complexity to the already tumultuous custody battle between Jolie and Pitt. The biological father’s claim has raised questions about the adoption process and the role of agencies and individuals involved in international adoptions. It highlights the vulnerabilities of impoverished parents who may be coerced or deceived into giving up their children for adoption. The case has sparked a debate about the ethics and transparency of international adoption practices, especially in countries where regulations may be lax or poorly enforced.Children’s rights organizations have called for greater scrutiny and regulation of international adoption agencies to prevent abuses and ensure that the best interests of the children are protected. They emphasize the importance of preserving the connections between children and their birth families, even in cases where adoption is deemed to be in the child’s best interest. As the custody battle unfolds, it is crucial to prioritize the well-being and rights of the children involved. The focus should be on providing them with a stable and nurturing environment, regardless of the outcome of the legal proceedings. Both Jolie and Pitt have a responsibility to act in the best interests of their children and to ensure that their rights are respected and upheld.Follow us for more updates on this developing story and other important issues related to child welfare and family law.
