Cardi B and Offset created a sexy tone as they partied the night away in Miami Friday.
The couple were celebrating the release of Offset’s new album, Set It Off.
The pair, who were blasted by PETA for the purchase of three Hermes crocodile bags worth about a half-million dollars, appeared jubilant at the celebrations at the LIV nightclub.
Cardi, 31, showed off her curves in a body hugging sleeveless pink dress.
The Jealousy artist wore shiny high heel pink sandals and accessorized with a large diamond ring, hoop earrings and several bangles.
The Grammy winner’s long nails were jewel encrusted and her long, black hair was styled straight, cascading down her back.
Offset, also 31, looked hip in a black and white checked jacket, a black T-shirt and black leather pants with a yellow stripe along the outside of the legs. The hitmaker later removed his jacket to reveal several jewel encrusted chains and bracelets.
As the couple took the stage to kick off the party, Cardi kicked off her shoes while she and her husband of five years danced to one of his new songs. Dancers standing on a platform behind the duo held up blue, purple, red and yellow letters that spelled C-A-R-D-I-B.
The WAP artist twerked for the crowd while Offset rapped along with the record.
Video from the big night also shows fans wishing Cardi a ‘Happy Birthday’ with a large electric sign.
In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, the songwriter explained that his late cousin and former Migos bandmate influenced the new LP.
The album was initially scheduled to be released in November 2022, but was postponed after Takeoff, born Kirsnick Khari Ball, was shot and killed at age 28.
‘I still feel his presence and his energy like, “Bro, we got to go hard. We got to win. This ain’t the end of it. We got to win,”‘ he said.
‘That’s another thing that pushed me through is my boy, Take, man. He didn’t care about the numbers, nothing,’ the artist stated.
‘He’s like, “Bro, y’all s**t hard.” He’s just very supportive in that. I just keep that in the back of my mind and just keep pushing.’
Offset remembered his cousin as the glue that held the group together.
‘Take had that… he just had good character,’ the still mourning rapper explained.
